SALES OPERATIONS Our Sales Operations group, based at our Billings, Montana headquarters, maintains customer contact from initial requests for equipment proposals, through selection and sizing, pricing, finished proposals, order entry, factory expediting, shipment confirmation and final data submittal. More complex requests are processed through Applications Engineering, to ascertain the optimum equipment selection and to confirm that the equipment offered complies precisely with customer specifications.

APPLICATIONS ENGINEERING As an integral part of Sales Operations, Applications Engineering is subdivided into two fields of specialty: Fluid Handling Equipment and Instrumentation & Electrical Equipment. Our Applications Engineers receive ongoing factory training in the application and selection of the equipment they are assigned to support. As equipment specialists, our applications engineers also travel with our field sales people to provide technical support and to answer customer’s technical questions
FABRICTION, ASSEMBLY & REPAIR Our Billing Montana shop is used for control panel fabrication, instrument repair and calibration and assembly of equipment components for shipment.
